How does the 100 Night Trial work?
How does the 100 Night Trial work?
1. Sleep on your new Backcare mattress for up to 100 nights (we recommend sleeping on your new mattress for at least 2 weeks).
2. If you decide to return your mattress, contact our customer service team within 100 nights and they will arrange collection.
3. Once your mattress has been collected we will process your refund.
NOTE: the 100 night sleep trial is for the Backcare Mattress only and does not include the base.

Does a Backcare mattress come squashed into a box?
Does a Backcare mattress come squashed into a box?
No! We would never squash one of our quality Backcare mattresses into a box and neither should anyone else! A proper innerspring mattress uses edge wires around the perimeter of the spring unit to
give the mattress form and longevity. A proper mattress cannot be squashed into a box.

If for any reason you are not happy with your Backcare mattress simply email us to arrange collection. Once the mattress has been collected you will be issued with a full refund.
